in development and a stunning sauna trailer just on the horizon, the future looks even brighter. The next few weeks are set to be a milestone for us as we take things to the next level.

Expanding Horizons: The Sauna Goes Mobile
As we continue to grow, our goal is to bring the Northumbrian sauna experience to more people across the region. With our new sauna trailer, we’re planning to go mobile, setting up pop-up sauna events and collaborations at various locations in the beautiful Tynedale Valley and beyond.
We envision bringing our saunas to festivals, local markets, and wellness retreats, where people can take a break from their day-to-day and immerse themselves in the powerful combination of heat and cold therapy. Our mobile sauna will allow us to share our passion for contrast therapy, guiding individuals through the incredible benefits of alternating between hot sauna sessions and invigorating cold water plunges.

At the heart of what we do is contrast therapy, a practice rooted in both ancient traditions and modern wellness science. The pairing of sauna heat with cold immersion helps to boost circulation, reduce stress, and promote overall health and vitality.
We’re fortunate to be working with Fenwick Ridley, the GB Ice Viking himself, who brings a wealth of knowledge on cold water therapy. His guidance will be key as we host sessions that teach the best ways to use a sauna and embrace the invigorating challenge of cold water plunges. Fenwick’s experience with cold water immersion makes him the perfect mentor for anyone looking to unlock the benefits of this powerful therapy safely and effectively.
